1. Payment Structure & Project Kickoff
- Upfront Overhead (Minimum 20%): All projects are put into active production immediately after receiving a minimum 20% initial overhead payment.
- Final Balance (Remaining 80%): The remaining 80% balance is due once we confirm that your project is completed and you approve the draft/preview.
The upfront overhead payment covers initial rendering resource allocations, workstation queueing, and setup time. Final unwatermarked assets are delivered immediately upon confirmation of full payment.
2. Watermarked Files & Anti-Theft Protection
If you see a watermark on a file sent to you, please check the file name first. Watermarked exports are non-final preview drafts sent solely for client review and revision feedback.
Watermarks are used strictly as a standard security measure to prevent content stealing and unauthorized distribution prior to final project approval and completion payment. Clean, unwatermarked high-resolution exports are delivered immediately upon final sign-off and receipt of the remaining balance.
3. Revisions & Delivery Scope
Each package tier includes a set number of free minor revisions (covering text tweaks, minor repositioning, subtitle adjustments, or audio mix timing).
Requests for complete layout redesigns, footage substitutions, or major script changes outside the agreed scope may be subject to extra revision fees as detailed in our add-on rates.
