Refund & Revision Policy
- Refund Window: Our refund request window automatically closes 3 days (72 hours) after we send the final completed product to you.
- Refund Rate: Approved refunds are strictly capped at a maximum of 50% of the project total.
- Operational Context: Because our company is new to this field, computing rendering costs, VST/plugin licensing overhead, and artist labor hours allocated during production are non-recoverable upon project start.
Before requesting a refund, clients are encouraged to utilize their included free revisions (specified per package tier) to request minor layout adjustments, subtitle corrections, or sound mix tweaks.
Privacy & Data Handling
1. Information We Collect
When ordering from ZEFTY STUDIO via WhatsApp, Discord, or Email, we collect minimal project-related details including your name/handle, contact details, project assets (footage, audio clips, brand logos), and project specifications.
2. Asset Usage & Storage
All raw files and project materials provided to us are strictly used for rendering your final media. Raw client footage is safely archived locally for up to 30 days post-delivery for revision purposes, after which it may be permanently deleted to preserve workstation storage.
3. Portfolio & Demonstration Rights
Unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing prior to project kickoff, ZEFTY STUDIO retains the right to feature completed public edits or watermarked design samples in our official portfolio (`discord.zefty.site`) and social media showreels.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, share, or transfer client contact details or proprietary raw footage to external third parties. All file processing remains within ZEFTY STUDIO infrastructure.
